Jessica Lunshof

Jessica has a deeply rooted history working in healthcare and with the elderly. She began her career working as an ER nurse for multiple years. Eventually shifting into long-term care insurance and long-term care facility development, Jessica understands what is required in health promotion and care. Experienced in senior health coordination and planning, Jessica can successfully help your family through this difficult time.

Addison Derhak
Director
Passionate about healthcare, Addison seeks to deploy the highest standards of healthcare to improve patient lives. Assisting with, and coordinating care for his family members, he understands the needs of the elderly population and the time requirements associated with care in a palliative setting.

Jordan Lunshof
Director
From being a live-in caregiver herself to taking care of her grandparents, Jordan has developed a deep passion for helping people in all stages of their life. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology (BScKin) at the University of Waterloo in 2023, minoring in Medical Physiology. Jordan strives to ensure she can be a change in the way people are cared for. Her goal is to give people the power to approach health-related issues effectively and efficiently.

Audrey deVoest
Audrey has worked and volunteered in the area of palliative care for the past 8 years. She also has experience teaching grief classes in her community. When asked why she feels so passionate about end of life care her reply will always be; “when a patient makes a decision to accept palliative care after a terminal diagnosis there isn’t anything that I can do personally to change the trajectory of their life. I can however come alongside them and their loved ones to try and make their journey as positive and peaceful as possible.” She believes strongly that it is possible to die well.

Kelly Sproule
Kelly Sproule is a Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience working with people experiencing dementias and other life-limiting diagnoses. She has a passion for end of life care, and specifically for empowering people at the end of their life to die comfortably in their own home, if that is what they desire. She is an experienced system navigator of the health care system, and is always willing to walk alongside others as they work their way through this system and the challenges and frustrations it often poses. In her personal life, Kelly is married and a mother to two children. She loves gardening, hiking, reading, baking, cleaning, chats over coffee, and spending time with her family and friends.
