Audrey has worked and volunteered in the area of palliative care for the past 8 years. She also has experience teaching grief classes in her community. When asked why she feels so passionate about end of life care her reply will always be; “when a patient makes a decision to accept palliative care after a terminal diagnosis there isn’t anything that I can do personally to change the trajectory of their life. I can however come alongside them and their loved ones to try and make their journey as positive and peaceful as possible.” She believes strongly that it is possible to die well.

She is an experienced system navigator of the health care system, and is always willing to walk alongside others as they work their way through this system and the challenges and frustrations it often poses.
